Golf & Nature West Canada
This tour will give you the opportunity to explore West Canada ,while playing some amazing
golf courses along the way. Three very distinctive area’s, each offering something special.

Day 1: Arrival Vancouver
After arriving at the Vancouver Airport you only have to drive for 40 minutes to get to your Hotel for the night. Your hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area at walking distance from all major attractions, like Robson street, Gastown and Stanley Park.

Day 2: Vancouver
Today is the day to become one with Vancouver. Visit Stanley Park to enjoy the many sights like the Vancouver Aquarium, the totem poles or just relax and take in the beauty of the Vancouver Sky line with the snow covered mountains in the background. Stroll downtown; take in the atmosphere that makes Vancouver such a pleasant city. We have selected some special spots and neat places that are more than worth visiting.

Day 3: Victoria
A scenic ferry ride brings you to the capital of BC, Victoria. The inner harbour of Victoria is a meeting place for musicians, artists and entrepreneurs of all kinds. There is never a dull moment and it is a pleasure to sit down and have a look at the ships and floating planes and watch performers on the street. The city offers a variety of shops, museums and theaters. Enjoy the relaxed lifestyle, nice coffee places and visit some very interesting sites.

Day 4: Victoria - Golf Olympic View GC
A 20 minute drive west is the Olympic View Golf Course with a magnificent view on the Olympic Mountains on the other side of Puget Sound in Washington State, named by sea captain John Maeres in 1788. This is a beautiful and challenging course. Do not get distracted by the sound of the two waterfalls located at the Golf course. You will have a good chance you will pair up with a couple of deer and if you hit the ball too high a Bald Eagle might swing by to drop it in the hole. After the game you might want to
visit the picturesque little town of Sooke

Day 5: Whistler
Travel the coastal line to Nanaimo to take an other scenic ferry back to the mainland and on to Whistler. Enjoy the scenery while driving the “Sea to Sky Highway”. Whistler offers many different recreational opportunities. Afternoon to relax in Whistler and/or to enjoy many of the outdoor activities available such as hiking (Whistler Gondola now includes the new Peak2Peak chair connecting Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain for fantastic panoramic views), zip trekking, fishing, ATV tours and more.

Day 6: Whistler - Golf Chateau Whistler Golf Club
Morning round of golf at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club. Carved out of the slopes of the Coast Mountain range in British Columbia, this magnificent Whistler golf course allows nature to dictate the path without constraints of commercial influence. Traversing creeks, ponds, stands of ancient Douglas fir and granite rock, elevation changes of more than 400 feet overall create an impressive golf opportunity and a naturally spectacular BC resort golf experience.

Day 7: Whistler - Golf Big Sky Golf Course
At the base of beautiful, snow capped Mount Currie, in the scenic Pemberton valley, Big Sky Golf & Country Club provides a peaceful and serene setting for a golf experience that you will not soon forget.

Day 8: Salmon Arm / Vernon
Leaving the Coastal Mountains behind you. Today you will see some big changes in scenery. This is what makes West Canadaso special, Every day you will experience something different. Salmon Arm is located at the shores of Shuswap Lake. With over 1000 km of shoreline one of the largest lakes in BC. Your accommodation lies at the harbourfront of Salmon Arm overlooking the lake.

Day 9: Salmon Arm - Golf Hyde Mountain Golf Course
You have arrived at the Shuswap regions finest 18 hole golf course located in Sicamous, only a 20 minute drive from your accommodation. Designed by Les Furber, Hyde Mountain features dramatic elevation changes and phenomenal lake views, Cliffside golf shots, and more than the occasional photo opportunity.

Day 10: Salmon Arm - Golf the Salmon Arm Golf Club
Golf Digest ranks the Salmon Arm Golf Course as one of the top courses of BC. Go with the flow. The course skirts the base of Mount Ida, an extinct volcano, which creates a gorgeous setting as fairways and greens follow the natural contours and character of the surrounding terrain. The result: a visually stunning set of links cunningly interspersed with bunkers and waterholes, sculpted amidst towering fir and pine. Why not visit an authentic wine house after the game.

Day 11: Banff National Park
A beautiful drive will take you through four great National Parks. Revelstoke Mountain NP, Glacier NP, Yoho NP and Banff NP. Take the time to explore some of the 'Secret Tips' in the documentation during the scenic drive. There are enough reasons to make several stops along the way.

Day 12: Banff - Golf Silvertip Golf Course
Carved from the natural beauty of the Canadian Rockies, Silvertip is a world-class, 7200-yard championship course located in Canmore. Designed by the famous golf architect Les Furber, Silvertip is as challenging as it is spectacular! Surrounded by beautiful scenery, with moments of solitude are broken by the voices of nature. Silvertip offers 18 holes of beautifully designed golf overlooking the impressing Bow Valley corridor, deep in the heart of the Rocky Mountain wilderness.

Day 13: Banff Explore Banff National Park
This would be a great day to explore the beauty of the National Parks. Take a leisurely drive to Lake Louise, with its world famous Chateau Lake Louise. Visit the Johnston Canyon, with a beautiful waterfall or drive parts of the famous Icefields Parkway and visit the Glacier and the interpretive centre. You might meet the locals such as deer, moose or black bear. The 'Secret Tips' in the documentation will give you some fantastic hints

Day 14: Calgary International Airport
Time to get back to real life. A 90 minute drive will take you to the airport where you will start your flight home.
