Dalat Palace Golf Club Dalat Palace
crosses through stately pine trees to oversized and delicately manicured bent
grass greens, the only ones in Asia. Today, it's the top-rated course in Vietnam
due to the excellent layout, many elevation changes, and for the bent grass
greens. In fact, due to the cooler climate in the mountains of Dalat, Vietnam,
the Dalat Palace Golf Club is the only golf course in South East Asia with bent
grass tees, fairways and greens. Bent grass is often considered to be the
ultimate playing surface in golf. The large, undulating bent grass greens are
maintained to impeccable standards and present a good challenge. Once golfers
adjust to the fast speed, they agree that the greens at Dalat Palace are among
the finest in Asia. |

Danang Golf Club Built on the sandy
loam soil of China Beach, the Greg Norman designed Danang Golf Club is a fun and
interesting golf challenge that every golfer will enjoy. Fairways are often
generous and there is restrained use of water and OB, however shots must be
carefully placed to give better players a chance to go for the pins on the well
bunkerred and undulating greens. The fairways are also lined and well
defined by long needle pines, so miss into the trees and you will be forced to
punch off the sand and pine needles along a safe line just to get back into
play. |

Club over its more famous neighbour Vietnam Country Club. Featuring rolling
fairways and large undulating greens, with many high lipped bunkers and water
hazards on almost every hole to catch errant shots; the Long Thanh Golf Club is
the epitome of golf in Vietnam. Fairways are palm and pine tree lined to ensure
green conditions throughout both the dray and wetter periods. Fairways and tees
are constructed from Paspalum grass and greens use the latest variety of

courses in the region such as Thai Country Club in Bangkok. The rough at Long

Adirondacks. The golf course plays through a series of lakes and streams, making
it one of the most scenic Hanoi golf courses. Sea Isle Paspalum is used on the
